Payment Methods

OUR POLICY

Once payment is received, the client has read and agreed to our policy, terms and conditions. A link to this page is provided on each invoice, it is up to the client to read it thoroughly.

AT DROP-OFF

PLEASE DO NOT MOVE, TOUCH OR ADJUST ANY DECOR PROVIDED BY DREAM OF LUXE EVENTS.

OPTION 1: Renter must have a form of updated identification presented, so we can take a picture as proof of rental, unless sent before-hand. (Drivers License, State ID, Passport is acceptable.) 

OPTION 2: Pay a $75-150 security deposit, which will be returned the next business day after the event, if all items are returned in the form it was received.

AT PICK-UP

We will take down all decorations provided by Dream Of Luxe Events. 

Renter is fully responsible for equipment damaged, lost, or stolen while items are in their possession. Renter will be charged an inconvenience fee if any items are damaged during rental time-frame.

REQUIREMENTS TO RENT

-Anyone 18 years or older.

-Must have proof of Identity. 

-Must have a debit/credit card.

PAYMENTS

Invoice must be paid within 24hrs of being received or booking will be cancelled. Half of payment is due at booking, remainder is due day of the event. Full payment is required if event is less than 1 week away from the booking date. All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.

LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS: Must be paid in full at the time invoice is received.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

-Debit/credit card

-Square

-Cash (only acceptable for the remainder due)

CHANGES

No changes can be made to booking such as colors and setup once supplies have been purchased. If we are informed before purchase of supplies, then color changes are allowed. Client is allowed to add items to booking if needed. We must be informed of date changes two weeks before event. 

FEES

Outdoor Fee: outdoor events will be charged an inconvenience fee of $30-150, depends on scenery. 

Weather Conditions: We are not responsible for any damages caused by weather conditions. We secure all setups before we leave, anything that happens after is not our responsibility. We will do all we can to work with weather for outdoor events, but normally it is out of our control.

Damage Fee: $75-500 due, if security deposit wasn't requested at the beginning of booking. If security deposit was requested and equipment isn't in the same condition as received, security deposit is forfeited.

Late Fee: $25 due, if more time is needed than scheduled time on invoice/contract. During booking if more time is requested, a late fee of $25 will be due at pickup.

Late Payment Fee: $25 late fee will accumulate each day, until payment is sent.

Rush Fee: $200-500 additional to invoice total, if you need to book last minute (one week) before the event. To avoid rush fee, you must book two-three weeks in advance.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All payments are non-refundable, once payment is received the client has agreed to this "no refunds" policy. All bookings are allowed one reschedule. We must be informed of the cancelled event at least 3 days before the event. If not informed 3 days before event, deposit/payment is forfeited, meaning you cannot apply it towards another booking, unless told otherwise.  After one reschedule has been used, renter will be required to pay another deposit to book again.

ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL/NON-REFUNDABLE.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The terms stated are for the protection of Dream Of Luxe Events. The activities performed by the company may or may not apply but it is informed incase of any injuries, accidents, damages caused or not caused by Dream of Luxe Llc. Client acknowledge that participating in the activity involves certain risks (some of which client may not fully appreciate) and that injuries, death, property damage or other harm could occur to client or others. I accept and voluntarily incur all risks of any injuries, damages, or harm which can arise during or result from my participation in the Activity, including any associated travel, regardless of whether or not caused in whole or in part by the negligence or other fault of Dream of Luxe llc, and/or its or their departments, trustees, affiliates, employees, officers, agents or insurers ("Released Parties").

Client waive all claims against any of the Released Parties for any injuries, damages, losses or claims, whether known and unknown, which arise during or result from clients participation in the Activity, regardless of whether or not caused in whole or part by the negligence or other fault of any of the Released Parties. Client release and forever discharge the Released Parties from all such claims. Client agree to indemnify and hold the Released Parties harmless from all losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees and other litigation costs and expenses) incurred by any of the Released Parties as a result of any claims or suits that Client (or anyone claiming by, under or through me) may bring against any of the Released Parties to recover any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, or expenses which arise during or result from my participation in the Activity, regardless of whether or not caused in whole or part by the negligence or other fault of any of the Released Parties.
